Senior Facilities Engineer

Job Description:

* Reporting directly to Critical System Manager
* Mainly responsible for managing tasks relating to process governance, reporting, and insights for incident management reporting, change management tickets, compliance surveys, and other critical facilities related processes.
* Manage some tasks within workstream, ensuring timely delivery and client value.
* Take leading role in some client calls and other communications, including co-ordinating preparation within the internal team
* Work with leadership team to create plans and approaches for new tasks and processes.
* Incident management
* Data center compliance management

Qualifications:

* Bachelor Degree in a related engineering field (Mechanical/Electrical).
* 5 years relevant working experience in critical facility management
* Experience and understanding of Operational Excellence methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and Total Quality Management, Process Mapping and Workflow Management.
* Experience managing a multi-site or multi-region FM portfolio.
* Technically proficient in planning and scheduling and exhibit excellent organizational skills.
* Thorough understanding of Data Center Tier levels and their relevant standards.
* Experience and understanding of Operational Excellence methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and Total Quality Management, Process Mapping and Workflow Management.
* Proficiency with MS Excel & MS PowerPoint and experience or demonstrable ability to quickly learn MS PowerBI, MS Access, and/or other data management and visualization tools.
