Our client company is seeking an experienced Engineer to serve as a subject matter expert for optimization projects, project baseline measurements, and provide recommendations for workflow improvements.

You must be willing to:
Provide leadership to manufacturing facilities to improve their overall performance/production/service/quality
Perform problem analysis/engineering/re-engineering a wide variety of business processes
Develop engineered work standards/work targets
Introduce 5S/Lean principles throughout all physical business workflows
Act as a change agent promoting a continuous improvement culture

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY):
BS in Industrial Engineering
Green or Black belt Lean Six Sigma certifications
5 years related experience
Proficient in MS Word/PowerPoint/Visio/Excel/Project
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software helpful.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365/similar platform
Ability to write reports/business correspondence/procedural instructions
Ability to define problems/collect data/establish facts/draw valid conclusions
Ability to work with probability/statistical inference
