CNC- Engineer would be responsible for complete machining and programming activity including proving out new components. He would be required to meet productivity targets. Independently operate CNC machines e.g. VTLHMC, working in shifts. Proving out new components on Machine, Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling to meet delivery and productivity targets. Good understanding of HMC, VMC CNC programming requirement and various controls.

Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding and milling. Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.
Check machinery on a daily basis to guarantee functionality.
