Job Responsibilities:
Build point of pview on different business problems in the Telecom Space Customer churn, Lead Prioritization, Store optimization, Digital experience, Product Mix, Marketing, etc.
Be a thought leader by asking the right questions through critical thinking and the ability to question the status quo and project a different point of view on the problem statement
Drive brainstorming discussion, whiteboard ideas, and develop frameworks to address solution adoption by business
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, successfully applying verbal and written communications to
expose and defend points of view to business leaders and team members
Engage with clients and business partners to understand their requirements, and identify their challenges and opportunities in the problem space
Provide clear business context and deliver actionable insights and recommendations through data-driven & ML approach
Incorporating design thinking and creative approaches to problem-solving and strategy formulation Qualification & Experience
8+ years of working experience in the Telecom Domain
Should have an understanding of various E2E flows from Point of Sale, Order Management, Revenue Management, Inventory, Service provisioning, Unified Catalog, CRM, Billing Systems, etc. in the context of the Telecom industry
End-to-end understanding of varied business problems like customer churn, customer growth, Store
optimization, Digital experience, Product Mix, Marketing Campaign design, etc. in the telecom Industry
Thorough understanding of different functions like Marketing team, digital transformation team, supply chain team, etc. within a Telecom Company
Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and prior advisory experience relevant to Telecom industry-specific business and technology functions
Basic knowledge of statistical techniques such as Regression, Clustering, Time Series Forecasting, etc.
Ability to solve complex business problems through a blend of logical and creative thinking mental ambidexterity
