Who are we looking for?
Mainframe Developer 10+ years of development experience has worked on (coded ) Mainframe Db2 Stored
procedures and can do the development and unit testing.

Technical Skills:
Strong in Mainframe skills COBOL, DB2 SQL, GTTs and IBM DB2
Develop new IBM Db2 Stored Procedures on Mainframe z/OS, deploy using Endevor.
Resource should have solid experience (min 2 years) in building the DB2 stored procedures, DB2 SQL, GTTs.
Good knowledge in Enterprise COBOL would be needed to understand/extract business rules from legacy SPs.

Process Skills:
Insurance (Annuity) domain knowledge to understand business requirements
Demonstrate successful ownership in completion of analysis, technical design, and programming
Ensure overall quality of code
Ability to help PM/GM conceptualize, design, construct, test and implement technology
Ensure implementation and maintenance of quality systems within the group
Develop technical expertise of group members in specific areas
Train and retain members of the technology group as a part of knowledge management activity
Capable of analyzing requirements and develop requirement document as per project defined process
Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate technology, life cycle
methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

Behavioral Skills:
Managing the medium sized team and get the deliverables
Considerable people management skills
Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

Qualification:
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
