Job Description

NOTE: You can do this role 100% remote, or partially remote, or at one of our offices in AMSTERDAM or PARIS

Growth Tribe is a digital learning partner for both individuals & organisations, specialising in data science, growth, innovation and customer experience.

We help our learners and partners acquire the most in-demand digital capabilities through actionable, hands-on and enjoyable courses & learning programs.

Operating across 6 European countries, Growth Tribe has supported the learning journeys of over 16,000 adults in over 900 organisations and that s only the beginning. We are on a mission to elevate humanity through learning by transforming how professionals and businesses learn and grow.

Our Corporate Education department is looking for a content creator that can produce rich, data-driven, credible, researched and exciting content in order to better attract, retain and educate our corporate clients. This person will work very closely with a B2B Marketer on strategies and will work with a copywriter for style and tone of voice. This person will work as part of a corporate team composed of sales, marketing, trainers, operations and learning & development consultants.

The corporate education department is still quite young so we're looking for someone who can deal with uncertainty and change. But most of all someone who loves creating deep, delicious B2B enterprise content around Data, Agile, Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing, Experimentation and the Future of Work.

Tasks

What you will do:

40% Researched Content (White papers, reports, "ultimate guides" deep interviews):

  • Data
  • Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing
  • Agile / Growth / Experimentation
  • Human Capital / Future of work
  • 20% Small/Medium Content:
  • Video scripts
  • Blog articles
  • Social media posts
  • 20% Sales collateral:
  • Brochures, proposals
  • Use cases, testimonials
  • Website optimizations
  • 20% Related to other projects (e.g: SEO)

Requirements

Requirements:

Native English

  • Perfect written English
  • Strong eye for design/balance/padding/visuals
  • Understanding and experience with Growth, Data, Digital Transformation etc.
  • Love and passion for Digital, Corporate, Digital Transformation, Agile, Big Data, Machine Learning etc..
  • Start-up experience
  • B2B Enterprise experience
  • Technical knowledge (Hubspot, landing pages, GTM, Google analytics etc)
