Job Description

NOTE: You can do this role 100% remote, or partially remote, or at one of our offices in AMSTERDAM or PARIS

Growth Tribe is a digital learning partner for both individuals & organisations, specialising in data science, growth, innovation and customer experience.

We help our learners and partners acquire the most in-demand digital capabilities through actionable, hands-on and enjoyable courses & learning programs.

Our Corporate Education department is looking for a B2B (Enterprise) Marketer who can create and implement winning lead generation strategies (70% of the role), while also helping us nurture/expand our current accounts (30% of the role).

We're looking for someone with strong content-creation abilities, however you may in later months also be supported by a (freelance) B2B Content Creator as well as the central marketing team of Growth Tribe. You will work as part of a B2B team composed of account managers, business developers, project managers and our B2B Manager (also our CEO, Peter van Sabben).

The B2B team is still quite young so we're looking for someone who can deal with uncertainty and change. But most of all someone who likes a strong mix of strategy, reaching targets (MQLs + CAC), implementation, execution, data and marketing channels.

Tasks

70% of your tasks are focussed on Lead Generation for Corporate Clients

20% of this time spent on Strategizing:

  • Analyze past, current and potential future strategies
  • Experiment: Develop marketing playbooks for targeting new accounts, including stakeholder mapping, targeting, and segmented multi-touch marketing
  • 80% of this time spent on Implementing the strategies:
  • Nurture flows, email marketing, automations, retargeting etc.
  • And of course... Collaborate with all stakeholders needed (Sales, Central Marketing, Trainers, Ops, IT etc.)

30% of your tasks are focussed on Expanding Existing Accounts

20% of this time spent on Strategizing:

  • Implement Account Based Marketing strategies to expand our current accounts and motivate them to buy and roll out more of our training programs
  • 80% of this time spent on Implementing the strategies:
  • Nurture flows, email marketing, automations, retargeting etc..

Requirements

Our informal requirements:

Results driven! Take targets and work backwards

  • Knowledge of Dutch business landscape (preferably Dutch native)
  • Amazing written English (tough, we know!)

This probably won't be a fit for you if:

You don't have any B2B Lead Generation experience

  • You require a lot of structure from the get-go. We are figuring things out as we go
  • You have no start up experience

Our ideal profile:

Proven track record of Lead Generation for 30k-100k products

  • T-shaped (eye for Design, Numbers as well as Stakeholder management)
  • Flexible, can deal with uncertainty
  • Technical (Hubspot, landing pages, GTM, Google analytics etc)
