UX/UI Designer (f/m/d)

A good user experience and ease of use of our solutions is a key goal of Cinemo and we are currently looking to enhance this with a motivated UX/UI Designer. You will help us to create, design and implement our solutions with good UX and UI at their core. This role requires a technically skilled person with a high comprehension and the ability to align software engineering, business and user demands in a fast-paced
dynamic environment.

Tasks

• You work closely with our engineers and business owners to enable the best user experience
• You design the user flow, conduct usability tests and integrate the feedback into updates and optimizations
• You create and maintain consistent design systems and UI components
• You create product flowcharts, mockups and prototypes in Figma
• You take up the user feedback and propose new product innovations to our engineering teams

Requirements

• Proven expertise in web application UX development with a focus on usability
• Ability to propose user flows and discuss technical requirements with software engineers
• Skilled and proven use of design- and prototyping tools
• Conceptional skills and a high comprehension
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under minimal supervision
• Pays attention to details and is highly self-organized
• Team player
• Proficient in English
