Our People department is responsible for the following areas: Country Operations, Employer Branding & Internal Communication, Growth Management und Organisation & Development. We are important partners for the various business units and act as consultants and service providers, actively shaping the culture and future of our company.
As an People Business Partner you will have a significant impact on the setup of our Tech talent management strategy by bringing in and implementing creative ideas to further develop topics such as onboarding, feedback cycles and career paths. You will collaborate closely with our Tech management, employees and our people management colleagues.

Your new role
- Own topics from onboarding of new starters to exits of employees and ensure a great employee experience
- Establish a very close and trustful relationship with our Tech management to push topics such as feedback cycles and career paths
- Consult your direct stakeholders in any HR topic, no matter if it is the CTO, a team lead or an employee - be the Department s go-to person.
- Ensure and maintain data accuracy in all department relevant documents, create and update org charts and department structures when needed
- Manage your daily tasks such as exit talks, department structure tracks, salary benchmarking, and work on projects like loyalty programs, benefits, and any topic that you proof to be relevant
Your skills
- Bachelor s degree in business, psychology or similar field and hands-on experience in consulting techies, preferably in an international startup environment
- Change-driven and open for new solutions by thinking out of the box
- Proactive and solution-oriented personality with confidence and skills to communicate on senior management level
- Can-do mentality - Highly organized, a structured way of working, and the talent to inspire people
- Data savvy. Strong experience working with reports and dashboards, followed by a pristine understanding of data meaning and limitations.
- Fluent in English, other European languages are a big plus
