This role is focused on enhancing Credit reporting, enterprise-wide risk reporting, and executing on and improving enterprise risk processes. The aforementioned reports are consumed by various stakeholders, including risk managers and senior management. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with Risk, Lending Businesses, IT, Finance, and Operations as well as other stakeholders that support WM.
The responsibilities include:
1. Assist with governance and reporting in to various risk committees, which includes maintaining records to assist with regulatory reporting
2. Help drive the design and implementation of enhanced Credit reporting & enterprise-wide risk reporting
3. Assist with reviewing and understanding existing manual reporting processes and help drive automation
4. Help the team implement a control environment that facilitates version control and review process
5. Help create and maintain documentation for processes, requirements, features, workflow, etc.
Skills Required (Essential):
1. Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
2. Analytical mindset: ability to analyze information/data and identify problems and trends
3. Attention to detail
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Organized and with the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple deliverables
6. Bachelors required
