Job description:

Must-Have:

5+ years of experience in developing Performance Testing scripts using.

o Apache JMeter

o LoadRunner

1-2+ years of experience in developing Performance Testing scripts using.

Karate Gatling Framework

Good-to-Have:

P&C Insurance Domain, Guidewire PolicyCenter.

Working in SAFe Agile Methodology.

Certified Tester Performance Testing (CT-PT) -ISTQB.

Responsibility:

1. Design and development of performance test scripts for Guidewire PolicyCenter using LoadRunner, Apache JMeter

2. Examining business requirements, assessing the service level agreement and their objectives.

3. Preparing Performance Test Strategy, Analyze tool capabilities, Prepare, Execute and maintaining Performance test scripts. Reviewing and enhance / update the test scripts by implementing (Parameterization, Checkpoints, Transactions, Reusable functions, Correlations, Actions/Blocks, Iterations, Pacing, Think Time)

4. Identifying testing parameters, building workload models and Interpreting Performance Test Results

5. Participate in the Program Planning, Iteration Planning and daily standup meetings to understand the requirements and come up with test plans

6. Reviewing and analyze the test execution results, Participate in defect triage meetings, Prepare test report, Presenting the report to the development/business team, Securing the approvals / signoff from the architects

7. Experience working in Agile methodology. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Java script
