Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Systems Specialist - 45948

Top 3 thing:
1. Workday functional configuration of custom organizations
2. Strong Workday HCM knowledge with deep understanding of business processes in Workday
3. Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions a plus

Education: Bachelors Degree required
Level: 2-3 years of Workday experience required
Hours per week: 40
Location: Remote

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Works with Workday COE, HR Centers of Expertise, vendors and/or IT to design, implement and maintain core human resource technologies
  • Combines Human Resource and specialized system knowledge to recommend, implement, and plan for improvements, enhancements, and new features for systems.
  • Provides analysis and consultation related to programs, policies and practices that obtain, record, and process worker information or HR support related data.
  • Analyzes technology capabilities to produce information used to maximize and sustain workforce productivity and effectively deliver HR support to the global organization.
