We are in search of a Business Development Executive to be a part of our Sales team. You should be able to approach and acquire new customers. Besides, you should also be able to maintain long-term business relations with the existing customers. You should also be to draft business proposals and client contracts.
As a Business Development Executive, you should be able to assist customers with any of their queries and requests. Moreover, you should also be able to advice customers on their purchasing decisions. Your job role will entail collaborating with the Marketing team to plan and implement promotional activities.
To be able to perform in this job role, you should have complete knowledge of various sales processes and techniques. In addition to this, you should be highly motivated and able to handle stressful situations. A candidate with a proven work experience in this job role will be preferred.

Responsibilities
Coordinating with the Business Development Representative in acquiring new customers
Staying up-to-date with the companys products and services
Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop promotional activities
Helping customers with their queries and advising them on the purchase of products and services
Building and maintaining long-term business relations with customers
Assisting in drafting business proposals and contracts
Attending and participating in conferences and sessions to upgrade your skills
Gathering customer feedback via phone calls and emails
Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities
Creating and maintaining a database of potential customers
Making outbound calls and sending promotional emails
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
Proven work experience in the Sales department as a Business Development Executive, Business Development Representative or a similar role
Complete knowledge of various sales processes and techniques
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and CRM software like Salesforce and HubSpot
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
