Collections Associate

We are on a steep growth curve, and are looking for a Collections Associate to join our team

Tasks

• Monitor accounts and to keep on tracking outstanding rents;
• Respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Process payments and refunds;
• Resolve billing issues and negotiate payment plans;
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status

Requirements

• At least one year of experience with billings and collections
• Full-working proficiency in English required, German, Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
• Strong international background through work and study abroad
• You thrive on communication, both written and verbal, you are proficient with social media
• You can keep yourself accountable and able to work without well-worn paths or established protocols
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• You have a passion for real estate, shared living and Habyt mission
