Tasks

We re looking for a Paid Growth Manager (all genders) to work across our marketing channels, creating and optimizing campaigns, and implementing our performance marketing strategy. Contribute to us spreading the word about Ecosia and inspire millions of people to become more climate active!

As a part of the marketing department, you ll be working within our Paid Growth team to run our campaigns across Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Reddit. We re looking for someone who understands where each platform sits within the marketing mix and how to engage users across each of these channels.

You have a background in campaign management and performance-oriented marketing.

Ecosia has a particularly engaged community of users and a vital mission in the fight against the climate crisis. This role will allow you to be part of the push to raise brand awareness and engagement across current and new markets. You will have a large amount of autonomy to test and trial new marketing tactics and scope to learn new skills along the way.

Please note this is not a people manager role - you'll be a manager of channels.

Your opportunity to make an impact:

• Grow Ecosia s user base through paid performance campaigns, with a focus on Web and Mobile User Acquisition.
• Manage the performance of paid marketing across our core European and North American markets.
• Strategically test and implement new paid channels to diversify the far marketing mix.
• Brief in creative to our in-house design and production team, collaborating on concept ideas, inputting and managing creative feedback, and more.
• Closely collaborate with our Country Managers to localize paid campaigns.
• Regularly update marketing team members and the Leadership Team on the performance of paid marketing and the growth of our user base.

Requirements

• 2+ years of operational experience in growth and performance marketing for paid social (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Reddit, Twitter). Experience working with influencers is a 'nice to have'.
• Proven experience in scaling growth, running A/B tests, and building out new audiences for paid campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and coordinate campaigns, and optimize across one or more social media channels.
• Analytic skills and a data-driven approach to solving problems.
• You ll have worked with creatives, briefing in designs for ad campaigns. Ideally, you will have had experience localizing campaigns for multiple markets.
• Motivated with a bias to action. You ll have a can-do approach to your work, and interest to make an impact and exceed targets and goals.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and an enthusiasm for having a positive impact.
