Java Spring boot development Lead

Technical skills - J2EE: Java, Springboot - Web services: REST, SOAP -

XML Technoligies: XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, XQuery -

DB: Oracle, SQL - & Cloud Platform

Communication Protocol: HTTP(s), Queue based messging and events understanding [RBMQ, EMS] -

Messaging Format: XML, SOAP, JSON

To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions for work completion

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.

10+ years of Development Lead experience.

Experience in technical capabilities in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, distributed and often ambiguous environment.

Experience working in cross functional groups including customers/users, software, supply chain, logistics, design, test, reliability, and failure analysis.

Excellent cross-organizational verbal and written communication skills to provide status and manage expectations.

Experience working in Agile development environments

• Strong Experience in Leading the projects with Cloud platform and Microservices/APIs

Technical and business skills to understand, test, and challenge statements and assumptions working with respective product and technology owners.

Ability to drive projects with many cross-dependencies between independent teams and deliver results that are coherent and broadly supported.
