Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Should be a domain expert in Product catalog space. Preferably in Salesforce EPC, if not any other enterprise catalog
- Implement features within the existing Java layer services to support product catalog functions
- Build new microservices in Java, using Google's Boq and Apps Framework packages
- Debug issues reported by the testing team, identify the root cause and implement solutions.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Strong Java skills
- Preferable - Salesforce EPC , if not any other enterprise product catalog
- Preferable - Experience working with Google systems, especially Apps Framework and Boq
- Preferable - Apps Framework, Producers Framework, JUnit, Mockito, Borg, BorgCron, Spanner, Bigtable,
- and Piccolo
- Nice to have Bigtable, Gqui
- Knowledge of dependency injection in Java
- Experience working with HTTP services and REST APIs
- Knowledge of microservices and RPC architecture
- Experience maintaining production servers
- Performance tuning, optimization and systems monitoring skills
