Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or GED
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides customer service to HR clients and clerical support to the Human Resources department.
- Primary responsibilities include processing new hire paperwork, running background checks, helping administer new hire orientation, and handling employee questions or concerns.
- Processing of all applications received data entry of all applications to company logs and properly storing them.
- Coordination of scheduled interviews, job shadows and pre-employment paperwork.
- Preparation of new hire orientation classes and notifications.
- Customer service of Human Resource department, answering applicant and employee concerns.
- Assisting with HR projects as assigned. Filing and other duties as assigned
Other Required Experience/Qualifications:
- Prior work experience handling confidential information and documents
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated strong computer/technical skills and capabilities (e.g. Microsoft Office
- Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint
- Able to speak to small and large group of people.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
Additional Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
- 2- or 4-year degree in Business or Human Resources
- One or more years experience in a production environment
- One or more years experience in an HR administrative role
