Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Legal Practice Assistant for a client in Albuquerque, NM(link removed)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Support multiple attorneys.
- Manage all administrative responsibilities in the legal office.
- Library Maintenance.
- Extensive calendar and record management
- Perform office duties such as, greeting clients and visitors, answering phone calls and provide requested information.
- Manage office inventory and pantry, ordering supplies as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Practice Assistant in Litigation, preferably from within a law firm.
- Strong word processing, filing and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational skills and professionalism.
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
Compensation: $68,000 - $78,000 DOE
