2. Create, compile and export databases containing all information for each event
3. Plan events
4. Create budgets for events and allocate funds accordingly
5. Process end-of-day reports
6. Process and file invoices from vendors
7. Promote brand image and awareness through social media
8. Answer potential clients questions about facility and amenities
9. Maintain and evaluate all other operational work.
