HUGE OPENING FOR TOOL ROOM MAINTENANCE JOBS IN CHENNAI
Qualification : B.E, Diploma
Exp : Freshers to 4 Years
Freshers Salary : 12k to 15k
Exp Salary : 20k to 25k
Vacancy : 12
Location : Chennai
Benefits : Foods and accommodation
1. To follow the instructions given by respective HOD.
2. Maintain mould history card & fixture
3 (link removed) work on Mould/ fixture maintenance
4 (link removed) knowledge about the new fixture/mould PM.
5 (link removed) on experience on tool room m/c.
6 (link removed) of tool/fixture preventive maintenance plan.
7 (link removed) and mould trouble shooting
8 (link removed) review plan for skill up gradation team members.
9 (link removed) communication & presentation skill
10. Knowledge about injection mounding trouble shooting
Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product
Monitor customer satisfaction levels
Monitor the production phase at various levels
