EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION NEEDED Service Desk/RunOps Team Management, Support/Ticketing/Project/SLA driven service, other technical skills: ECM platforms, search platforms, content governance or lifecycle platforms RunOps Team Lead-5 TO 7 YEARS EXPERIENCE The Run Ops Team Lead role drives delivery of run operations in support of a variety of technical capabilities and technologies, e.g.: documentum, hyland onbase, RWS Tridion docs, smartlogic semaphore, sinequa, docusign, acrolinx, content access services, etc. in association with and across a variety of capability teams. RunOps support includes: driving tickets or outages to resolution, adhoc support and administration, and lifecycle activities (e.g. patching, upgrades) support in association with capabilities technical teams. The RunOps Lead leads a team of 4-5 engineers supporting a variety of technologies and regularly interfaces and partners with technical capability product owners, solution architects or other principal team members. Qualifications: 5-7 years Engineering team management, leadership skills, excellent communication, ability to prioritize, ability to bring projects and service tickets to successful and timely execution, help desk or SLA driven experience a plus.
