Construction Estimator

The Estimators position establishes the fundamental principles for an individuals growth and success within Company Pre-construction career path. On a daily basis you will participate in all aspects of the bid/estimating process - review of plans and specs, soliciting and negotiating prices from subcontractors/suppliers and interaction with owners/architects/engineers.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs
• Assist in pricing and bidding of construction projects
• Communicate with architects and consultants to clarify scope of work, materials and schedule requirements
• Conduct reviews of milestone documents for development/pricing of value alternative opportunities.
• Participate in the internal estimate review process and assist with final assembly of estimate for presentation to owner
