Appication Administrator

Duration: 6 Months

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Application administration on Unix/Linux for high demand/enterprise systems
• Experience working in AWS OpsWorks, Chef, Cloud Formation, CloudWatch
• Experience working with Identity and Access Management or security-focused systems
• Incommon I2 application experience with Shibboleth development and administration and advanced or expert level Grouper development and administration experience
• Intermediate or above level LDAP Service Administration experience (Forgerock preferred)
• Experience in coordinating and upgrading PHP
• Experience in coordinating and upgrading Forgerock including DS
• Experience in coordinating and upgrading Grouper
• Use of a ticketing system for operational work tasks as assigned and sprint storie
• Interacts with teams of advanced IT professionals as a proactive peer
• Performs advanced configuration, coding, and tests/debugs complex programs.
• Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
• Recommends changes in feature improvement, development, maintenance, and system standards.
• Ability to own or drive project efforts as assigned
• Experiencing communicating, planning, and coordinating with technical contacts.
• Analyze and test impacts and manage risks to minimize downtime and disruption
• Supports the creation of a QA test plans
• Raise conflicts and risks in performing updates
• Ability to work independently and proactively
