Job Description

The project implements the COSO Internal Control Consolidated Framework (ICIF) within the business area Technology & Transformation in business unit Switzerland. The focus lies on the implementation of key risks and controls on applications and IT processes. The implementation started in January 2022. After having defined the first set of controls until Q2 2022, the project now focusses on the second batch of controls and improving the underlying processes.

Together with the project team, you are implementing ICIF within the IT department in the businessunit Switzerland. As an expert in internal controls in an IT environment, you are among others supporting the owners with control definition, gap assessments and challenge the provided inputs.

Furthermore, you are supporting the control, process and application owners in implementing the defined controls and improving the underlying processes if needed.

  • English written and spoken, German written is a must
  • In-depth knowledge to process- and control design in IT environment
  • Strong communication skills and being able to deal with a large set of stakeholders
  • Comfortable to work remotely in virtual team
  • Self-motivation to achieve the set deadlines in accordance with the specifications
  • Knowhow in ARIS, RACE, MS Powerapps is a plus
  • Knowledge in ITIL/ COBIT or similar frameworks is a plus
