Teamlead (m/f/d) Embedded Software Development for central development area

My client is an international Tier 1 supplier with 3 different business units that focus on interieur and the power train. Currently, we are looking for a Teamlead (m/f/d) that is ready to take responsibility for a small but very important team which is connected to all three business units.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Disciplinary management of the local software development team and technical management of employees at locations worldwide
• Independent planning and worldwide assurance of software development activities, taking into account the available resources of employees and facilities in cooperation with all departments involved
• Group-wide definition of necessary software development skills, comparison with existing skills and definition of measures to achieve the defined target levels
• Coordination of specialist careers for the key technology of software development with regard to the appointment and promotion of specialists/experts as well as networking and communication
• Independent development of the annual budget planning for the area of responsibility

Ihr Profil

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience with embedded software development
• Experience in project management and/or in a tech lead position
• Competence in the coordination of interdisciplinary and international development teams
• Knowledge in hardware and real-time C programming and in software development and test methods
• Automotive experience (and knowledge of standards such as AUTOSAR, ASPICE, Functional Safety and Security) are an advantage
• ability to solve conflicts and communicate with all stakeholders
• Fluent English skills, German is a plus but not necessary
