Develop a deep understanding of customers'

Roadmap & future state
Collaborate with Account & Delivery managers to identify new opportunities, shape them, jointly ideate, and bring out differentiators
Drive the creation of solution architecture, and technical roadmap for the identified opportunities, present them to business/technical leadership, apply consultative selling
Participate in workshops and ideation sessions with external and internal stakeholders
Participate in technology forums and leverage product engineering connects to increase new technology/feature leverage across engagements
Create POCs / Pilot to showcase solutioning / ideas & innovation for existing and prospective customers

Profile Expectations:

MS Dynamics D365 F&O, MS Dynamics 365 CE, Field Service, MS Dynamics 365 Commerce, and Microsoft Power Platform
Deep and broad knowledge of technical capabilities of Dynamics 365, including appropriate certification. Must be able to show good knowledge of practices for Dynamics 365
Deep business acumen with Dynamics 365 platform
Expertise with the Dynamics 365 packages that support corporate ERP functions such as Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Accounting, Pricing, Sales Orders, etc.
Experience with "MS Dynamics 365 Field Service" and "MS Dynamics 365 Commerce"
Experience with Order Management and Fulfillment/Provisioning systems and flows
Experienced as a Solutions Architect leading efforts in consulting, designing, and implementing D365 applications-based solutions
Should be able to provide solutions for D365 F&O and Microsoft Power platform integrations
Excellent analytical, communication, and technical skills combined with excellent planning and organizational skills.
Proven experience in Understanding business needs, priorities, and pain points
Technical pre-sales experience required
Translating customer needs into capability/solution requirements
Ability to articulate business requirements, capabilities & competencies, product/solution features, and technology aspects
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Demonstrates technical thought leadership and domain/industry knowledge

10+ years of relevant experience technology, role
Prior experience working with Microsoft is a plus
Ability and willingness to coordinate with customer, onsite and offshore teams
