ROLE: Client Service Technical Support Rep
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

  • Project: YEAR END
  • ADP clients are trying to push out their new benefits plan/packages/W2 etc.
  • They need help with Trouble shooting, investigating problems, documentation


MUST HAVE:

  • Client Service Experience
  • Tech support (Level 2)
  • Documentation
  • Communication
  • Problem solver
  • Investigate, research, analytical skills
  • Troubleshooting
