Mandotory Qualification:
- 5 years of experience
- Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory and Instructional Design.
- Experience in curriculum design, instructional design, development of platform and e-learning courses.
- Experience in developing and training technical software applications to end users.
- Experience in using utilizing video authoring programs such as: Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Premier Pro, and Articulate Storyline 360.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills. 8. Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and time management skills
Scope of Work:
- Design and develop training outlines, storyboards, training scripts, for technical software and application asynchronous e-learning. Participate in content review sessions, capture user feedback, and incorporate changes in storyboards for the eLearning development team.Participate in application development meetings to gain and maintain expert level knowledge of new functionality being implemented in HRA/DSS/DHS applications. Work with internal and external subject matter experts as needed to develop technical expertise and understanding of client's business needs to develop effective training.
- Train OPPT using the videos (T3)
- Review and recommend resolutions for e-learning content updates.
- Publish and host video e-learning on NYC computer-based Learning Management Systems for agency staff consumption.
- Generate close captions for the hearing impaired.
- Scope: CTI system, IVRS System, POS Updates, new Supervisor Reports, and One Number (One Number is assumed in scope).
- Include both Hardware and Software training
