Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Developing strategies that align with business objectives, including developing campaigns based on target audiences’ interests, preferences, and behaviors
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives
• Monitoring competitors’ activities and adapting marketing strategies accordingly
• Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by collecting data on sales leads generated, website traffic, and other metrics
• Developing and managing relationships with clients, including conducting needs assessments to determine appropriate solutions for each client’s needs
• Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy that includes SEO, PPC, social media, etc.
• Creating reports that measure the success of marketing initiatives, including clickthrough rates, conversion rates, and other metrics
• Creating and updating content such as blogs, social media posts, and newsletters
• Developing and implementing strategies to attract new customers through email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital channels
