Job Description
- Strong Client facing experience and ability to handle escalations effectively.
- Experience in Supply Chain domain with a strong grounding in Warehouse management
- Good Written and Oral communication skills.
- Strong background in Operations/Supply chain is mandatory.
- Experience in managing teams of a minimum of 20 People and a minimum total experience of 12+ years
- Experience in managing AMS projects and exposure to ITSM terminology, Processes and best practices
- Experience in automation initiatives
- Previous experience in executing and monitoring Application Development projects is strongly preferred
- PMP or Project Management experience is strongly preferred
