Job Description
We are looking for a strong Sr. SDET who has the experience to lead the team from the front and take responsibility for driving ROI with automation. To be successful at this position the candidate must have QA and performance mindset and focused on Value(ROI) with automation. This is a hands-on role where the candidate will also have duties as individual contributor while leading the team towards achieving organizational goals.
Requirements
- Working experience on designing the Automation framework from the scratch using BDD Cucumber with Strong and proven experience working in Java
- Being responsible for Test planning, Design, execution, Test estimations, planning and delivery for multiple and large projects.
- Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques
- Perform automation framework assessment and setup roadmap for improving the maturity
- Lead the offshore QA Automation team. Review the code, help set the coding standards and make sure they are followed
- Critical thinker able to critique why or why not something should be automated
