Civil Engineer with 2 to 5 of experience is the best fit for this position. Need engineer with BSCE, EIT and experience handling site design for drainage, paving, water, storm water, etc for a variety of municipalities. Need engineer who has Civil 3D experience. Project scopes and gathering information as well as handling calculations for proposals.
