Flemish Real Estate Telemarketing Agent

In this role as Telesales Marketer for Flemish-speaking clients, your goal is to contact clients and sell the company s products and services.On a daily basis, you will be responsible for finding the right property for the client and closing the deal.

• Receive qualified leads from the marketing department

• Contact and communicate effectively with customers via phone and email

• Organise resort viewings for the client

• Occasionally travel to France to close deals face-to-face

• Ensure that all legal documents are correct

• Hand over clients to other internal departments

Requirements

• Language skills: bilingual level in Flemish and an advanced level (C1+) in English. French is an addit value.

• 4-5 years of experience working in Telesales Marketing

• 4-5 years of experience working in Real Estate

• You have a valid driving licence.

• You have worked with a CRM system before.

• You are a dynamic communicator

• Experience in TeleSales/Lead Qualification and comfortable on the phone, willing to make a high volume of calls. You will only call to qualified leads.
