IT Recruiter - Freelance (M-0102)

We are currently looking for a for HeadHunter IT to join us, who can help us with our IT profiles

We offer you to join the launch of our company, where you will help to find the best talent for the top startups in Spain and Europe.

Main responsabilities:

• Sourcing and hunting of candidates using your IT network
• Work with People operations Partner to establish recruiting requirements and meets with hiring managers to identify needs.
• Preparing CVs for presentation to Client and ensuring quality levels are sufficient for Client expectations
• Follow-up with candidates
• Coordinate schedules, arranges travel, lodging, etc;

Your top skills

• Freelance with experience as IT recruiter (across the entire recruitment process)
• You are business, quality and detail
• Strong expertise in direct search and in recruiting via Social Media
• You have easy contact with people and have excellent communication skills, you love to make an impact and help other people
• You are committed to the highest level of quality and pay attention to details
• You are enthusiastic, dynamic and performance-driven
• You speak excellent Spanish and English (other European languages is a big plus).
