Job Description
Position Info:
o Position: Food Service Supervisor
o Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
o Wage: $17.50
o Working Hours: 40 hours/week
o Number of Positions: 1
o Work Location: 2502 Maple Street, Vancouver, BC V6J 1Z2
Benefits:
o 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
o Supervise and assess food service staffs activities.
o Establish work schedules and procedures.
o Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
o Maintain records of inventory and minimize wastage.
o Estimate and order supplies as needed.
o Resolve complaints or inquiries from customers.
o Participate in hiring food service staff and train them in job duties and safety procedures.
Job requirements:
o Experience: 1 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
o Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
o Language: English
