Tasks
- Be customer focused and capable to analyze their needs
- Be able to identify new opportunities for existing and new products/ services
- Be able to deliver sales targets with your distributors and customers
- Have strong distributor management skills
- Be able to promote key benefits and the DFE Pharma brand (together with Marketing)
- Be able to lead challenging negotiations to a successful outcome
- Budgeting, forecasting and other reporting duties

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Pharmacy, Health Science, or related fields
- Experience in the international B2B pharmaceutical or excipient industry
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation
- Know-how of distribution management
- Quick learner, energetic team player, driven by results, passionate about making the deal and persevering until goal is achieved
- Excellent communicator (oral & written) combined with presentation skills in English and German
- Strong organizational, time management, numerical and analytical skills

- You will report to the head of indirect sales EMEA
- You will work in a team with 8 (technical) sales managers in team EMEA
- You will visit customers 30% of your work time and spend on average one week per two months at our headquarters in Goch (Germany)Hide
