Job Description
Tasks
- Helps identify new sales opportunities and establishes engagement
- Responsible for finding, establishing, and developing relationships with prospective customers
- Ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Awareness of competitive activity and taking advantage of sales opportunities
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right method/tool
- Prepares sales forecasts
- Lead a high volume of outbound calling and emailing activities
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service and sales
- Helps identify new sales opportunities and establishes engagement.
