We are looking for a Senior Reward Analyst (f/m/d) (12 month FTC) with the potential to be in a permanent role.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate external global benefit market trends and programs and make recommendations to implement new programs that are current, competitive, and aligned to fit with our future strategy
  • Provide expert analytics when conducting reward reviews (for all countries) that ensure the pay/incentives are competitive within the local area.
  • Partner globally with the HR and leadership teams on planning, designing, communicating, and operationalizing market competitive total rewards packages and principles
  • Support in evaluating and administering Compensation structures (salary increases, bonus and share awards)
  • Use your experience completing salary surveys, performing job matching to drive the implementation of our job framework and benchmarking practices.
  • Conducting ad-hoc compensation analysis in response to business requests, effectively presenting findings and recommendations.

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a Reward related role
  • Experience implementing both Compensation and Benefits programs (preferably global exposure)
  • Proven experience conducting surveys and benchmarking reviews
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Excel (Pivot tables, charts, complex formulas)
