Tech Writer - BA

Location: San Francisco-Remote (must live in Bay Area as they may need to go onsite once a quarter)

Duration: 9 months plus

Job Description:

The scope of this work included activities to provide CSD with support for change management needs for the following.

This person will be the TechWriter/BA for all communications and writing within this group. Working with Project Managers, stakeholders and developers to get communications and action items into writing. Need an excellent communicator.

Various tasks will include:

Corporate Security Project Change Management to support technology projects and programs, (e.g.Golden State Access, OGO, LRAD, Innovation, etc.)

Create and disseminate articles, videos, tailboards, guidance documents

Create and publish CSD advisories

Create an engagement metrics dashboard

Corporate Security Branding at PG&E Locations

Safety in the Field training and awareness campaigns (ex. LiveSafe)

CSD Website SharePoint Migration

Create a coworker security awareness assessment

Create 2023 communication plan

Project Change Management

Review and update Change Impacts Assessment and Stakeholder Engagement Approach for projects as needed
