Job Description
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Execute the strategic initiatives of the Operational Excellence program
- Lead teams in the development of advanced process maps (process re-engineering)
- Be able to lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team
- Lead complex cost, quality, and schedule improvement projects, from ideation to closure, utilizing DMAIC or DFSS
- Create measurement tools to track performance and sustain improvements
- Collaborate with improvement programs across the company to grow a platform of continuous improvement
- Provide continuous improvement training to managers and employees
- Train and develop Lean Six Sigma Green Belts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, OpEx, or related experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a Quality role
- Must have experience with process re-engineering
- Proven track record in working with and influencing all levels of employees, suppliers, peers, and leadership
