Job Description
Responsibilities:
- This client is a Pharmaceutical manufacturer who is looking for a Process Engineer who has worked in Pharma for at least 3-5 years and has some understanding of Quality Engineering.
- They will be assisting with several projects, KPI process related task, helping with deviations and Quality tasks.
- They will be Responsible for data collection of all processes related to electronics, pneumatics, and other relevant systems within the plant.
- Designs mechanicals systems including robotics, fixtures, and tooling.
- Collaborates with all team members on PLCs within the plant and the associated software.
- Responsible for driving multiple improvement programs through to implementation and following-up on the results achieved, including: Quality Monitoring and Actions, Production Efficiency, Improve Assembly Methods, Document, Validate and Implement Approved Changes in accordance with Medical Device and Pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- They will need to have experience utilizing Lean/Six Sigma initiatives for Cost Improvement Projects, 5S, Kaizen events. Must have experience
