Job Title
PLM Functional Consultant (Product Structure integration)
Relevant Experience
(in Yrs)
- 10+ years' of experience with PLM process knowledge
- Large scale PLM COTS product implementation.
- Implementation experience in 3Dexperience Enterprise Product Structure (EBOM) implementation
- Enterprise Integrations (PLM to ERP etc) implementation experience
- APQC process knowledge especially on Product Structure Management (EBOM)
- Aerospace Domain and Process Knowledge
- TOGAF Framework knowledge
- Systems Engineering Knowledge preferred
Technical/Functional Skills
- An Engineering Bachelor's Degree/Master's degree or similar.
- Direct experience gained ideally within the manufacturing industry and / or a IT consulting firm
- Good understanding of PLM system, associated process like BOM Management, Part Management, Change Management, EBOM, MBOM, Configuration Management, Requirements management, etc
- Hands on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE/EnoviaV6
- Hands on experience with 3D Experience PDM Gateway/XBOM etc
- Understanding of Aerospace / Automotive Product Structure Management process
- Part of large PLM implementation/ PLM transformation programs would be good to have skill
- Java / C++/.NET programming knowledge preferred
Process / Tools: Enovia, 3DEXPERIENCE,V6, PLM/PDM processes
Language: English
US persons / Green card holder
Experience Required
10+ years' of experience with PLM process knowledge and large scale COTS product implementation especially with Product Structure module and integration
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze customer needs.
- Participate in the identification and application of methodological solutions.
- Discuss with Business users, identify the requirements and work with the implementation/development team to meet business requirements
- Propose industry best practices to implement new solutions
- Propose a solution that meets the needs of our clients.
- Define deployment methodologies.
- Develop technical specifications.
- Implement customizations, system architecture, integration, schema development/ modification.
- Perform upgrading, migration, debugging, testing and maintenance of software
- Write user stories
- Coordinate with Developers
- Assist in user testing
- Coordinate with end users and SMEs
