HVAC Foreman

Implement the AMC Departments set policies and procedures and comply with the companys other policies
Implement all required maintenance activities in both commercial and residential settings (such as cleaning AC grills and filters on installed air conditioning systems), in line with Company Policies, Procedures and Health and Safety Standards.
Repair air conditioning units by performing analysis and troubleshooting activities in an accurate manner.
Understand requirements from case to case and ensure relevant tools are carried along
Replace air conditioning systems that cannot be fixed after obtaining approval from the Direct Manager.
Ensure proper installation of all required ACs in line with Company Policies, Procedures and Health and Safety Standards.
Examine the ACs in a professional manner in order to diagnose and avoid any malfunctioning of the same.
Identify technical errors in all ACs and complete repairs within Company standards and guidelines by minimizing repair costs, repair time and re-work.
Resolve and settle complaints to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of all customer enquiries.
Ensure on-the-job safety standards/practices by adhering to Company Quality Standards through the maintenance of a clean and safe work area.
Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the management.
