Main functions
Make Korean base sauce and make all kind of different Kimchi;
Prepare and make ingredients for various Korean side dishes (Banchan);
Prepare various ingredients and roll for Kimbap (Korean sushi) and Japchae (Korean glass noodle) for the lunch menu;
Prepare the ingredients for Korean rich cakes;
Make various Korean rice cakes by using the mug bean, red bean, sweet red bean paste, Korean mugwork, jujube and other dried fruits.
Requirements and working conditions
1. Educational level: Secondary-General Course (Diploma) or Vocational school diploma/Certificate
2. Years of experience related to the job offer: 7 to 11 months experience
3. Description of qualifications: Must have experience in Korean and Japanese Cuisine. or Cookery Certificate or Diploma holder in Korean Cuisine.
4. Languages asked for: English or French
5. Salary offered: according to experience
6. Number of hours per week: 36,00 or 40
