-Strong Negotiator
-Degree in Real estate, Finance, Business Administration
-5 to 10 managerial experience in a real estate company
-Familiarity with local real estate market
-Strong skills to effectively communicate with managers, staff, tenants, and sponsors
-Experience managing property purchases, sales, rentals, and development.
-Superior leadership skills, with a focus on employee coaching and development
-Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
