Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise in software development tools, techniques, and best practices
• Work independently to drive issue remediation for critical customer escalations
• Work across functional and geographically distributed teams seamlessly
• Assess, diagnose, prioritize, and resolve critical customer issues meeting defined SLAs.
• Function in a high performance, customer driven environment by utilizing time management and prioritization skills.
• Apply agile scrum and Kanban practices for continuous engineering
• Understand and apply CE best practices and quality standards
• Productive and agile individual contributor
• Develop subject matter expertise for specific functional and technical areas of the product.
• Work directly with customers to isolate and remediate issues in complex deployments.
• Understanding of the full development life-cycle from design, through implementation, qualification, and delivery
• Ability to estimate work in sufficient granularity to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Work with distributed teams in a collaborative and agile model to deliver patch releases to field on a defined cadence.
