Essential Responsibilities Manage eDiscovery platforms, including troubleshooting issues via Oasis/Casepoint ticketing systems. Collaborate with eDiscovery Project Managers to develop efficient, defensible collection, transfer, processing, remediation, loading, and production workflows. Execute data transfer, processing, remediation, loading, and production workflows. Handle all facets of importing and processing data, creating, maintaining review databases, and preparing electronic document productions. Constructing and running complex database searches and reporting on the results of searches. Perform Quality Assurance. Manage the technical administration of document reviews. Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of technology solutions. Serve as the subject matter expert on the eDiscovery tools and applications. Assisting review teams with work relating to privilege logs (e.g., coordinating exports and name normalization). Minimum Education Requirements Bachelors degree and four to six years experience working with a large law firm or eDiscovery vendor handling complex litigation. Preferred Relativity processing and production Blackout H5 BrainSpace SQL Access database O365 applications Irfan View Casepoint experience preferred, not required.
