As an IT System Administrator you re eager to use and grow your technological skills around Office IT systems used in a hybrid office setup while you re helping all Rytees with their day-to-day IT issues. You protect our critical information, systems, and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in the development of an overall office IT strategy. From early on, you ll lead initiatives, work closely with everyone in the company, help solve IT issues, and take ownership as well as responsibility.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Client-Management in a Mac environment (install and configure software and hardware)
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Upgrade clients with new releases and hardware models
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

Required skills & Expertise

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or a similar role
• Hands-on experience in supporting employees with their IT problems
• Administrative experience with Google Workspace and/or Atlassian-Cloud Jira/Confluence would be a plus
• Ability to build and use scripts for automation
• Expertise with Macbooks as client computers
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving attitude
• BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; Apprenticeship as a IHK Fachinformatiker ; Or comparable expert knowledge
• Excellent communication skills in English and Non-Tech (German would be a plus)
