Job Description

  • Experience in Migration project from DataStage to Java APIs
  • Experience in using source databases DB2, Teradata, files(XML files) and load data into Target DB2 and XML files
  • Develop shell scripts to clean the datasets and SFTP files
  • Experience in DataStage(Enterprise) upgrade from 11.5 to 11.7
  • Develop SQL queries, triggers, functions, cursors and stored procedures, Enforced data Integrity rules, Business Rules.
  • Experience Insurance data warehouse migration from SQL to Teradata, Enhancement on existing system
  • Use Hierarchal stage in DataStage 11.5 to load the data to XML files
  • Use Rapid deployment tool to deploy the DataStage code across Dev, QA and Prod environments
  • Experience in managing all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from analysis and design to implementation and maintenance.
  • Expert in gathering the requirements from the business users to create mapping document
  • Expert in presenting the developed ETL flows to the supervisors
Good knowledge in scheduling tools Control-M and CA7Experience with Agile Development Methodologies
